5 k - Saturday 7th of September

The 5 km run is an easy, car-free course that begins and ends at Knarvik Stadion.

Knarvikmila 5K

Date: 7th of September.
Start:  1500

Awards and prizes: Prizes are awarded to the top three women and men.

There are 5-year classes for veterans – from ages 35 and up , with prize to the winner. 

Youth/junior: ages 10-11, 12-13, 14-15, 16-17, 18-19, 20-22.  Senior: ages 23-34.

The Course for the Knarvikmila 5k start and ends at Knarvik Stadion. Knarvik Stadion is close to Nordhordlandshallen where you pick up the BIB. The Course goes on roads in Knarvik. There are 1 drinkingstation on the course.

In the same course is there also a relayed competition the YT-Stafetten. A relay for 5 persons.
